Information we process

When you send the contact form, we process your name and email address, plus any optional referral source and message you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.

The form also sends a random submission identifier, submission time, the path of the form page, and, when available, bounded campaign, first-touch, browser-session, anonymous, and last-clicked-CTA attribution. URL queries and fragments are removed before this attribution is submitted.

Why we use it

We use contact information to deliver, review, and respond to your request, scope possible executive-assistant support, prevent abuse, avoid duplicate delivery, and understand which source or CTA led to the request. Submitting the form does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.

ACR lead processing and site analytics

Your browser sends the contact form to this site's same-origin API. After validation, our server sends the confirmed lead event to ACR at acrtracking.stealthagents.us for lead intake, routing, response, duplicate control, and attribution. The form page does not load ACR's general browser tracker, and typed form values are not sent through the browser analytics relay.

On other pages, a centrally hosted ACR tracker sends page, funnel, CTA, performance, and error events through this site's first-party /ingest/track relay. The relay rejects lead/form conversion events and PII-shaped values, strips URL queries, and forwards bounded user-agent, language, and trusted edge IP context. Global Privacy Control suppresses this optional browser analytics. Contact-request delivery remains available.

OnceHub booking

After a lead is confirmed, the thank-you page embeds OnceHub from go.oncehub.com. If you use the booking interface, OnceHub receives the scheduling details you enter and ordinary connection information under its own service terms. The approved account is expected to redirect completed bookings to this site's/thanks-whats-next page; the application does not infer a booking from merely viewing the iframe.

Browser storage, security, and retention

Analytics uses a tab-scoped session identifier with a 30-minute inactivity window and a persistent anonymous browser identifier. First-touch campaign/referrer values and the most recent CTA may also be stored insessionStorage; failed analytics events may be held temporarily in a bounded local backlog. Form fields are not written to browser storage by this application.

This application keeps bounded in-process rate and replay records and does not create its own long-term lead database. ACR, OnceHub, hosting, and security systems may retain information under their operating policies. Because this source does not enforce their deletion periods, we do not claim a fixed external retention period.

Controls include HTTPS transport, same-origin checks, strict input and body limits, honeypot suppression, bounded rate controls, stable duplicate identifiers, upstream timeouts, and exact acceptance checks. No system is completely secure, so avoid unnecessary confidential information in free text.

Your choices and requests

• You may decline the form or the optional OnceHub booking interface.
• You may enable Global Privacy Control or clear this site's browser storage to limit optional analytics.
• You may ask to access, correct, or delete submitted information, or ask about current retention.

To make a privacy request, use the contact form and begin the optional message with “Privacy request.” Include only the details needed to identify the earlier request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Applicable rights depend on where you live.
